For help with your User ID, please call M&T Online Customer Service at
1-800-790-9130 (Mon-Fri 8am-9pm, Sat-Sun 9am-5pm ET).
If you have only Personal accounts, enter your Social Security number. If you have Business accounts, please enter your Tax Identification Number.
